Chicken feet blaching machine Purposing :

1.Chicken feet blanching machine is an indispensable equipment of poultry slaughtering factory 

2.The machine is widely used in blanching feet of chicken in slaughtering line. 

3.According to different  chicken feet, water temperature is during 60-70 ° C , the blanching time is about 1 minute. 

4.Spiral propulsion systems and drum wind system makes chicken feet blanching more uniform, thoroughly. 

5.The blanched chicken feet can be sent into chicken feet peeling machine . 

6.Using the machine  together with chicken feet peeling machine will be more efficiency. 

Technology Parameters

Using method 

1. The water in the blanching machine should be heated in advanced, the water temperature shoule be about 62°C. 
2. The chicken feet enter to the entrance of chicken feet peeling machine , chicken feet get full immersion scalding and cleaning . 
3. The water in the blanching machine should be added any time depend on consumption. 
4. Cleaning the machine after using . Rinse with warm water. If long-term is out of service, machine should be thoroughly cleaning.

Maintenance:

1. Weekly check the  transmission system lubricating conditions.
2. The speed reducer use machine oil # 40 (90 or # industrial gear oil).
3.  Suggest four months change again. Attention! Reducers have no oil before they leave the factory
4. The transmission chain and bearing grease filling calcium base oil.
5.  (50 hours for a maintenance cycle).
